PLANT PROMAREX is our food processing certified company. Our facilities consist of two processing rooms equipped with insulated thermal panel, epoxy resin floors and modern refrigeration equipment to keep temperatures below 10ºC during working hours, ensuring quality and safety of our products.


Within our facilities we have three forced air freezing tunnels which allow us to freeze up to 16 tons every 8 hours at temperatures below -35 ºC, avoiding unnecessary crystallizations in the meat caused by slow freezes. Two cold storage rooms for more than 500 tons of product, monitored through digital systems 24 hours a day, recording the temperature continuously allowing us to observe and analyze any change in temperature minute by minute.
